Development Paths

Commitment, passion and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential aspects for achievement. We maintain a continuous, open dialogue with our employees in order to assist them to turn their ideas into reality and attain their professional goals. We believe this dialogue is a key contributor to our constructive, harmonious workplace relationships.

It also means that defining career development paths becomes a shared activity. We then provide the right conditions to help build knowledge and capabilities. It’s a type of environment that encourages commitment, creativity and team spirit.

Targeted training and coaching

The professional and personal development of our employees is a major priority, which is why we ensure that their skills are developed and their personal needs taken into consideration. Employees are offered the opportunity to undertake targeted professional development. Thereby we enhance their specialist and methodical capabilities and extending their personal skills through the Performance Management System Process.

A shared commitment to success

Personal objectives are drawn up based on an interview with the relevant line manager, and the necessary support measures to be put in place by the company are defined. Both sides can discuss their expectations with regard to performance, development opportunities and action options at the annual reviews which have become a fixed part of our personal development strategy. Development objectives are laid down jointly and an individual plan prepared in which the needs of the company are matched to the skills and career motivation of the employee. The annual achievement review conducted by line managers provides key pointers for ongoing career development.
